Every book on this site is covered by a plain-and-simple 30-day money-back guarantee.

If a book doesn’t help you understand your machine better, reply to your purchase receipt email within 30 days of your order and tell us you’d like a refund. No forms, no questionnaire, no hard feelings. Refunds are issued to your original payment method through Stripe, our payment processor, and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

A few specifics:

• Refunds apply to digital book purchases made on this site, including companion workbooks and journals.
• Bundled purchases are refunded as a whole — partial refunds of individual titles inside a bundle aren’t available.
• Because these are digital products delivered instantly, we ask that refund requests be made in good faith. We reserve the right to decline repeat refund-and-repurchase patterns.
• Discount codes have no cash value and are not refundable separately.
